A Rite of Passage for Men

The Malachite Project returns to Sedona in 2027 for an immersive men's retreat build around Community, Identity, Spirituality and Grit. 

Over several days in the red rocks of Arizona, a small group of men will step away from the noise of everyday life and into an intentional experience of challenge, reflection, brotherhood and transformation.  Through time in nature, physical experiences, meaningful conversation, silence, ritual and guided exercise, we will explore what it means to cross from one season of life into th next with greater clarity and purpose.  

This is not a conference.

This is not a vacation.

And it is not becoming someone else.  

It is about removing some armor, remembering who you are, and choosing how you want to walk forward.
