The difference between a scar and a wound is that a wound still needs to be treated. A scar is evidence that a wound once existed, but healing work has been done. Everyone we encounter who has lived life has a collection of scars and wounds, and we need to talk about them. Talking about them is healing work, and we can all use a little healing.
Malachite is said to help remove obstacles that prevent us from following our heart. It helps reveal and heal our emotional pain by absorbing that pain into itself.
The Malachite Project draws attention to wounds of the heart, helps explore their pain, and clears a path to emotional and spiritual growth.

Embark on an adventure in nature to rediscover your authentic self
Many men today struggle to live authentically, embrace a healthy sense of identity, and connect in relationships.
Modern therapy culture has helped to de-stigmatize therapy for the most part. But surprisingly, many men still perceive a traditional therapy setting as one person being broken and the other is there to fix. One person sick, and the other is there to treat. One person is lost and the other is there to rescue. This power dynamic can be intimidating or off putting to men, especially those conditioned to associate having needs with weakness.
The truth is that many forms of therapy and coaching can work hand-in-hand. The first and most critical step is extending the invitation to be seen. This first step can be intimidating, uncomfortable and even paralyzing. Men have spent a life time collecting and polishing their suit of armor that's protected them from the outside world. They are constantly prepared for battle.
Men need vulnerability modeled for them. When one man is willing to put down his weapon and remove his armor, the other is safe to follow suit. Relational healing takes place when two people show up in equality. Neither is broken, sick or lost. Both are there in a safe space to share vulnerably, be seen and heard without judgment, and to honor each others authenticity with respect and admiration.
Invite a Journey Guide to model the way for you and walk the path to healing together. If a connection is made, the guide will show you the way.
